Home
The Home page is the starting point for all C3 Code activity. From here you create new applications, return to recent work, browse templates, and access global navigation and account settings.
Top navigation bar
The top navigation bar is visible across all C3 Code pages.

- Notifications (bell icon): Opens the notification panel, which shows system alerts and status updates for your workspaces and deployments.
- Theme toggle (gear icon): Toggles between dark mode and light mode.

Application prompt
The application prompt is the primary call to action on the Home page. Use it to create a new application by describing what you want to build in natural language.
The prompt area includes:
- Text input: Type your application description here. Be specific: include the data fields, actions, and workflows you need.
- Attachment button (paperclip icon): Opens a file picker to attach files to your prompt. Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, XLSX, CSV, PNG, JPG, JPEG. Maximum 20 MB per file and 100 MB total.
- Submit button (arrow icon): Submits your prompt and opens the Create Application modal to confirm the application name before generation begins.
Submitting a prompt from the home page opens the Create Application modal. After you confirm, C3 Code creates the application, generates a workspace, and opens it.
