C3 AI Studio Admin App Requests
The Requests page tracks data access in an application's Data Lakehouse. It lists the tables that users with application access have shared or downloaded.
The Requests page consists of two tabs:
A Data Lakehouse lets you store large volumes of raw data cost-effectively. To learn more, see Data Lakehouse in C3 AI Studio.
Download requests
Users can request to download table data from the Data Lakehouse. The Download Requests tab provides a place for administrators to review these requests and authorize access when appropriate.
Each request shows the following information:
- Table name: The requested table.
- Media type: The type of content or resource.
- Status: The current request status.
- Requestor: The user who submitted the request.
- Request date: When the request was submitted.
A requesting user can download the table only after an administrator approves the request.
Share requests
Users can request to share table data from a C3 AI Data Lakehouse with other users in the application. The Share Requests tab provides a place for administrators to review these requests and authorize access when appropriate.
Each request shows the following information:
- Table name: The shared table.
- Status: The current request status.
- Requestor: The user who submitted the request.
- Request date: When the request was made.
- Share with: The user to share the table with.
A requesting user can share the table only after an administrator approves the request.
