C3 AI Studio Data Lakehouse Downloads
The Administrative > Downloads page shows a list of data that was downloaded from your C3 AI Data Lakehouse.
The C3 AI Data Lakehouse is a cost-effective way to store large quantities of data. You can use it to create and explore data in tables. Users with access to your application can request to download tables from your Data Lakehouse. The requests are managed by an application administrator in the Requests page. Approved download requests appear in the Downloads page.

Prerequisites
To file a download request, a user needs the C3.DisclosureRequestor role. To approve or reject a download request, a user needs the C3.DisclosureReviewer role. Approved downloads appear on the Downloads page for the user who filed the request.
Downloads list
The Downloads list shows the following information:
- Request name: The requested resource name (such as the name of a table or image file).
- Media type: The type of content or resource to be downloaded.
- Requestor: The user who submitted the request.
- Request date: How recently the request was submitted.
Select the download icon at the end of a row to download the requested data.
Approved file format
The default download format is CSV. The consumer can request alternative formats at request time. Approved files remain available for the period the producer application configures; after that period, the file expires and the consumer must file a new request.
