The c3intelligence package contains C3 Intelligence, a module of C3 Code.

`baseToolkit`	Provides common platform utilities and base types.
`mcpServer`	Provides the MCP server that the package's tools use.

IntelligenceApi proxies HTTP requests between the C3 App Service and the Flask backend.
IntelligenceTools exposes structured operational diagnostics for durable state, local state, sessions, logs, and process topology.
IntelligenceAppConfig stores deployment-wide user-interface configuration.
AgentBackendConfig selects the agent backend for the deployment.
AcaCredentials stores per-user credentials for the hosted agent service.
OpenHandsProvisioningConfig and ScienceUserCreateCallback set up an agent service account and its credentials automatically when a user is added to the application.
SharedStorageConfig stores the deployment-wide Shared Storage settings.
NexusAuth manages per-user OAuth credentials for cross-environment Nexus access.
