Manage C3 Code
C3 Code splits management between administrators and users. Administrators set the limits that apply to everyone. As a user you work inside those limits, managing the deployments you create, the people you share with, and the quotas you use.
Which group you are in tells you who can fix a given problem. Raising a quota requires an administrator. The person who created a deployment manages that deployment.
The administration area appears in your navigation when you hold one of the four administrator roles: Cluster administrator (C3.ClusterAdmin), Environment administrator (C3.EnvAdmin), Application administrator (C3.AppAdmin), or C3 Code administrator (C3.Code.Admin). Your platform administrator assigns these outside C3 Code. For assigning roles and setting quotas, see Manage User Roles and Quotas.
Two different Admin and User pairs appear in C3 Code. Read the scope to distinguish them:

Holding an application Admin role opens none of the administration area.
What administrators control
Administrators set the limits and have visibility across every user. The administrator tools cover five areas:
- Activity and quality analytics across every conversation.
- Token usage across every user, application, and workspace, with an estimated cost.
- Resource requests waiting for a decision.
- Capacity kept ready, which decides how quickly a new application starts.
- The support inbox that receives the messages users send from Contact support.
Administrator access is granted separately from any application. Being the administrator of one application still leaves you a regular C3 Code user.

What you control as a user
You manage the deployments you created, the people you share with, and the quotas you use. When a limit stops you, you submit a request and an administrator reviews that request.
