Administrators set the limits that apply to everyone, and you control what you create inside those limits.
Knowing which side a task belongs to saves you a request. Your deployments, the people you share with, and the quotas you have used are yours to manage. Raising a quota and granting administrator access each require a request to an administrator.
Your deployments
Every deployment you create stays yours to run, to stop, and to deploy to again. A deployment keeps using resources for as long as it runs, so stop the deployments you have finished with to reduce your cost. Stopping frees no quota, and deleting a deployment is what returns that deployment to your quota.
Deployments also change state without you acting. Staging hibernates on a schedule. The state of a deployment tells you whether the link you shared still works.

Your collaborators
You add and remove collaborators. The level you choose and the role you assign together determine what each person can do.

What you have used
Applications, workspaces, deployments, and a monthly LLM budget each have a quota. You use those quotas as you work, and you request more when you reach a limit.
Requests go to an administrator, who can approve a different amount than you requested. Checking your usage before starting a large piece of work takes less time than finding the limit partway through.
